REMOVALIST AND STORAGE SERVICES
- Based on the details you supply regarding the items to be moved and the locations involved, we will estimate the appropriate vehicle and the expected duration of the job. These estimates are indicative only. The inventory list provided at the time of booking serves as a general guide and is not treated as a fixed or itemised list.
- Time is calculated from arrival at the initial pick-up location and concludes once all work has been completed at the final delivery address. An additional 15 minutes will be added to cover payment processing and departure.

- All jobs are subject to a minimum charge of 2.5 hours, in addition to a travel fee. Beyond the minimum time, billing is calculated per quarter hour (pro rata hourly rate), Which:
4.The travel fee is a one-time charge covering travel to the pick-up suburb and return from the final drop-off location, including fuel, tolls, and labour. This fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5.Each vehicle is equipped with standard moving tools and protective materials at no extra cost, including moving blankets, cardboard protection, trolleys, dollies, lifting straps, and basic tools for assembly/disassembly. Additional packing supplies such as boxes, tape, shrink wrap, and bubble wrap can be purchased upon request either in advance or on the day.
6.We will park in any safe and accessible location as directed, except in clearways. If you request parking in a restricted or illegal area, any fines or penalties incurred will be your responsibility. Our vehicles may use loading zones where permitted, but all applicable time restrictions must be observed.
7.While every effort will be made to complete the move as instructed, we reserve the right to decline or stop service at any time if necessary.
8.The customer, or an authorised representative, must be present for the entire duration of the move. It is your responsibility to clearly indicate all items to be moved and ensure nothing is overlooked or incorrectly included. A final inspection must be carried out before our team departs to confirm all tasks are completed. You are also responsible for ensuring utilities are turned off and the property is securely locked. TROLEE MOVERS will not take any liability for any loss, damage, or similar issues after we leave the premises. Any damage report must be up to 2 hours the job have concluded by requesting our “insurance claim form”
9.Full payment is required upon completion of the service. Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard (a 2.5% surcharge applies to card payments). If payment cannot be made at the end of the job, we reserve the right to retain goods as security until payment is received. Storage and re-delivery fees may apply, or items can be collected from our depot.
10.There are no additional charges for 1 flight of stairs, straight-run stairs up to 16 steps. Also, stairs width must be 1.9 meters minimum. Maximum of 7 items up the stairs up to 60 kgs each one. No balcony lifts pick up/drop off.
11.Any oversized or heavy items must be disclosed prior to the move, including photos and detailed descriptions. Pianos, pool tables, marble or stone furniture, heavy gym equipment are not allowed. Additional fees may apply depending on the item.
12. We hold Goods in Transit insurance coverage up to $50,000 and Public Liability insurance up to $35,000,000.
13. Damages – Liability is limited to damage or loss caused by proven negligence. Compensation is capped at $1,000 per item or box. Minor cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or marks) will be compensated up to a maximum of $50 per affected item.
14.Insurance coverage may include repair, replacement, or compensation based on the item’s market value prior to damage. This is not a “new for old” policy. Factors such as age, wear, and depreciation will be considered. Any disputes regarding value may be assessed by an independent licensed valuer or an assessor appointed by the insurer.
15. A $1,000 excess applies to any approved claim where repair or replacement is required. Unlike some providers, we do not charge upfront insurance fees; the excess only applies if a claim is made.
16.Claims are only valid once full payment for the service has been received.
17.Insurance is valid only if the customer (or representative) is present for the entire duration of the move.
18.Coverage applies only where items have been professionally packed or protected. If a customer declines recommended protection methods, insurance may be void.
19. Items packed by the customer are not covered for internal damage unless packing services were provided by our team.
20. While our staff are experienced movers, they are not licensed tradespeople. Any dismantling or reassembly is performed as a courtesy, and we accept no liability for resulting issues. We recommend engaging qualified professionals for such work where necessary.
21. Certain items are inherently fragile or prone to damage during transit (including but not limited to plants, glass items, aged or self-assembled furniture, flat-pack furniture, artwork, and musical instruments). We are not liable for damage to these items.
22. Televisions and computer equipment are not covered unless transported in their original packaging.
23. Stone materials (including marble, granite, concrete, or composite surfaces) are not covered due to their fragile nature.
24. Electrical faults are not covered unless directly caused by physical damage during the move.
25. Any damage must be reported in writing to: info@troleemovers.com.au within 2 hours of job completion. Full payment remains required regardless of any claim.
26. TROLEE MOVERS may provide services directly or indirectly through intermediaries, connectors, agencies, subcontractors, referral partners, and third-party platforms. These Terms & Conditions apply equally to all bookings, services, communications, and arrangements made through any of these channels.
